8:46 minutes The Pretenders Chrissie Hynde visits the Abbey Road Studios and chats with Iris
Iris and Chrissy

I want to be Chrissie Hynde! When the first Pretenders album was released, full of great songs and loaded with attitude, I knew this was a woman to respect. She is without a doubt the coolest woman on the planet. It's Chrissie's band, and I love her music. She talks about her influences, including Iggy Pop, and of course her music. I apologize if I am too much of a fan to be cool, but for crying out loud....It's CHRISSIE!

16:52 minutes Original Van Halen lead singer David Lee Roth talks to Iris

Diamond Dave is such a great interview. He is never at a loss for words, and there's always something interesting happening in Dave's world. This interview was done before the mighty Van Halen reunited with Dave as lead singer while he was out doing his own thing. He talks about an interesting attempted break in at his home, and many other things. Enjoy!

5:21 minutes Beatles driver and friend, Alf Bicknell, talks about the boys with Iris at Abbey Road Studios

Alf Bicknell was one of the kindest gentlemen I've ever met, and that's why I'm sure The Beatles loved him as well. He was quite a charmer too. He was on the "inside" but kept their secrets, and was regarded as a friend. From 1964 to 1966, he was the Beatles' chauffeur, ferrying them to and from concert venues and movie sets. When the band traveled in John Lennon's Rolls Royce Phantom V, Bicknell was usually behind the wheel. He even inspired the song, "Baby You Can Drive My Car." Sadly Alf passed away on March 9th, 2004 at the age of 75.

14:23 minutes Original Rolling Stones bassist, Bill Wyman, talks to Iris about his band The Rhythm Kings, and his book about the blues

Bill is a charmer. No doubt about it. I love this guy. Not only is he a founding member of The Rolling Stones, but he is a history buff, loves being a Dad to his little girls, and was the one who kept a diary while living the most incredible life I could ever imagine. Bill is also a bit of a flirt, and why shouldn't he be? I found him not only compelling, but warm and funny. He has the most amazing mind. Enjoy our chat.
